2021 Petite Sirah

The 2021 Titus Petite Sirah has beautiful aromas of berry compote, boysenberry syrup, cola, toasty oak and purple flowers. The wine is mouth coating with a deep rich texture and viscosity. Flavors of berry pie, blue fruits, cracked pepper, huckleberry and cola greet the palate as the wine rolls through to the finish. Deep tannins give the wine structure and definition throughout the entire palate. This wine should age exceptionally.

The 2021 Titus Petite Sirah was harvested on September 21st and 29th, 2021. After the fruit was recieved at the winery it was destemmed directly to tank where it was fermented for 14 days. After fermentation the free run wine was drained from tank and racked to barrel. This wine as aged in 55% new American and Hungarian Oak for 22 months before being racked to tank for bottling.
